At this time, we do not offer customizations. However, many of our silhouettes are versatile and inclusive in fit. Do connect with us if you need help choosing the right style for your body type.

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all products within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is on its way.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologise for any lapse in quality control. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or wrong product, please raise a request via by emailing us at contact@houseofbindiya.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will ensure a swift resolution.
Do you offer international shipping?

How do I care for my garments?
We recommend gentle hand wash or dry cleaning for most pieces to preserve their color, texture, and intricate details. Specific care instructions, if applicable to a particular piece, will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page and will also be included separately with your order upon delivery.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders once placed cannot be modified. However, if you'd like to request a cancellation, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. If it hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to assist you.
