What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologise for any lapse in quality control. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or wrong product, please raise a request via by emailing us at contact@houseofbindiya.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will ensure a swift resolution.

We recommend gentle hand wash or dry cleaning for most pieces to preserve their color, texture, and intricate details. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders once placed cannot be modified. However, if you'd like to request a cancellation, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. If it hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to assist you.
