House of Bindiya exists because of my mother.

She once ran her own boutique - she understood fabric, fit, clients, and the quiet discipline it takes to build something of your own. But she chose to step away from it all to raise me. The machines stopped, the shop closed, and her work paused - but her instinct never did. It lived on in our home, in how clothes were chosen, altered, cared for, and spoken about.

Growing up, fashion was never performative for me. It was absorbed. I watched silhouettes evolve, fabrics soften with time, and garments move between wardrobes and moments. What I didn’t realise then was that I was inheriting something unfinished.

House of Bindiya is my way of bringing that story full circle.

Today, my mother and I build this brand together. Her experience and my perspective meet in every piece - heritage and modernity, restraint and ease. We design clothes that don’t chase trends or demand attention. Instead, they stay. They live with you. They age well.

This brand is deeply personal. It is about continuity, sacrifice, and the quiet power of picking up a thread that was once put down and carrying it forward in a new way.
